Ferrabelle is operated by Cobblewright LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Ferrabelle app and this website (ferrabelle.com), why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Because Ferrabelle handles reproductive and other health information, we also maintain a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy required by Washington's My Health My Data Act. It governs how we treat your health data and controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Our approach is simple: Ferrabelle is built local-first, with no advertising, no sale of your data, and no third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.
1. Who we are
Ferrabelle is operated by Cobblewright LLC, Washington, United States. For health-data specifics governed by the My Health My Data Act, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: your email address, your password (stored only as a salted hash), an optional display name, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Health and wellness data: the cycle, symptom, body, training, temperature, and optional birth and location data described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Most of it is optional; you choose what to log.
- Device health data, with your consent: read-only wearable data from Apple Health or Android Health Connect that you choose to connect.
- Subscription data: if you buy Fe+, the app stores and our subscription tooling process your purchase status. We never receive your full card number.
- Website and waitlist data: your email address if you join the waitlist, and basic technical logs (such as IP address and request details) our hosting provider records automatically for security and performance.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the features you use: cycle tracking and prediction, the overlay and insights, training adjustment, account security, and, if you subscribe, to manage your Fe+ entitlement. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your health data to train AI models. Ferrabelle contains no AI assistant and sends no health data to any large language model provider.
4. How we share information
- Service providers (processors) under contract that help us run the app, listed in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (application hosting, database hosting, and encrypted backups). They may use your data only on our instructions.
- Payment and subscription processing: when you buy Fe+, Apple, Google, and our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) process your purchase and account identifiers to complete and maintain the subscription. They receive purchase and account data, not your health data.
- Legal: only if required by valid legal process. We will resist overbroad or out-of-state requests for reproductive-health data to the extent the law allows.
- Never with advertisers, data brokers, analytics firms, or social networks.
- We do not sell personal information or consumer health data.

We delete data when its purpose is fulfilled or on your request.
6. Your choices and rights
- Export all your data (Account → Export my data).
- Delete your account and all associated data (Account → Delete account), or from our account deletion page. Deletion cascades across our systems and reaches backups by their next cycle.
- Withdraw consent for optional features (astrology, location, wearable connections) at any time.
- Residents of Washington, California, and other states with applicable laws have additional rights described here and in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Contact privacy@ferrabelle.com. We honor the Global Privacy Control where applicable.
7. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, strict per-user data isolation, encrypted backups, and least-privilege access. Report security concerns to security@ferrabelle.com.
8. Age
Ferrabelle is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
9. International
Ferrabelle is offered in the United States. If and when we offer it in the EU or UK, this section will address GDPR and UK-GDPR lawful bases, Article 9 explicit consent for health data, and international transfers.
10. Not a medical device
Ferrabelle is a general-wellness and educational product. It is not a medical device, is not a method of contraception, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
11. Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date and obtain fresh consent for material changes where required.
